Working from age 10, Ben Schlabach still loves the feeling of a hard day’s work outside. His father owned a sawmill, furniture shop and a steel shop where Ben was trained in business practices, including integrity and honesty. By age 15 he was doing residential roofing, any type of construction, and some commercial roofing as well. Over time the commercial roofing expanded, and Ben started working for larger roofing companies, eventually deciding he was ready to go out on his own.
The Falcon team has nearly two decades of experience in the construction and roofing industry. “We are a very reliable team and grateful for our customers. It is a regular experience on projects to hear a client say, you’re doing a great job and I appreciate how fast you are getting the job done, while also doing it right! One customer even said, I’ve never seen anything like it!”

Believing the customer is always right and it is our responsibility to offer good quality work and the best products on the market, we keep our customers happy, and work until they are when necessary. “My dad has been in roofing and construction his whole life”, Ben says. “And that is where I learned ethical business practices.” We are always there for the customer with follow-up and maintenance. We make it standard practice to leave every workspace spotless clean and ask the customer for final approval before we leave.
Today Ben and his team stick to commercial roofing on the roofing side, and building pole barns through their construction side, Cabinet Mountain Builders.
When not on a roof, you will likely find Ben training horses or at the rodeo enjoying barrel racing. This remains a favorite thing to do in his free time. Plowing and working fields since he was a child, Ben never lost that passion for horses. Moving out west a couple years ago, Ben married Rachel and started Falcon Roofing Systems. The couple enjoys being in business and serving others while raising their family in the wide-open spaces.
